What to expect…

Your initial consultation will take at least an hour to an hour and a half. Please allow ample time for us to work together, in the event that we have the need and the luxury of running a little longer. I will review your forms, any lab and imaging results that we have in front of us, send for those we don’t, listen to your whole life story (because you would be amazed at what actually is considered in the work you will be doing with my guidance) and then create a plan for you to follow. I will educate you by looking at underlying factors of root cases for symptoms and disease that are going on with your body. I will educate you regarding the recommendations in your plan and will expect that you take an active role in your health while I support you on your journey. Your plan may include lifestyle changes, however most of my patients have a good foundation in their lifestyle when they meet with me for the first time. The tools we use will be primarily be in the form of clinical grade nutritional supplements and recommended lifestyle changes as things progress and changes are needed as you improve.

 

Does improving the quality of your health require an individualized plan?

Call me for a free 15 minute consultation to find out if a more in depth one on one appointment is right for you. Meeting you one on one will give me the opportunity to understand all the details that make up where you are with your health.  We can work in person, or from a distance over the phone. Our work will complement any conventional care you are currently receiving. My patients maintain relationships with their conventional providers and I am always happy to talk with them.
It is very important to me that you achieve success in improving your health through the journey that you take with me. I have helped people from all walks of life to improve their health status and reduce their chronic health challenges. If you have questions about any other health challenges or about what to expect when we work together, just give me a call. It is important to me that we both feel that we are a best-fit for the important work that we will do together. I am happy to make a more appropriate referral if I believe that is best for you.

In order to get better, you must be committed to improving your health and I can assure you that I’m committed to supporting you, however long it takes. Together we will review your medical and personal history and will create a personalized plan that will be most effective for you. You will gain the tools for restoring your health and your life.
